I have been eating like crap lately & I definitely feel it. I need to start eating clean again. Excited for spar sesh tmo night and pt sesh on Weds, need to get my ass kicked. Also excited for NY, most def. need to get away from Daly City for a little bit. Surprised I didn’t buy anything in San Jose today but kinda glad I didn’t cause that means more money to spend on vacay. Okay this is totally random. Gotta open the gym at 5 am tomorrow so gnight folks!
NTS: Train mean & eat clean in order to get lean.

NTS: Better get that nutrition RIGHT.
I fell off and I’ve been eating horribly the past couple days, I need to get back on my shit and stay consistent.
I just wanted to take a moment to express how extremely proud I am of my friends. I have friends graduating, finding careers, getting their fitness on, traveling, and most importantly achieving their own personal goals.
For those of you out there that I hold dearest to my heart, here’s to you. I’M EXTREMELY HAPPY FOR YOU AND PROUD OF YOU.
Aww I just saw this! Thanks love, I am proud of you too <3 But I’m even happier that you have found a love that brought out the inner cupcaker in you, I knew you had it in you and like I told you before it just took the right person for it to come out. Forget what every one else thinks, if you are happy than nothing else matters :)
